Posted on April 11th, 2008 by admin

What’s a Job Aid? A job aid is any kind of reference tool or document – often simply a one-page guide to a process or task – that somebody can reference for help when they need it! A job aid is used to support your performance of something you need to do.

Examples are everywhere. A telephone book is a job aid. So are sticky notes, instruction sheets, “cheat sheets,” online help documents, etc.

Following are some Job Aids specifically designed for instructors and trainers, that you are free to use as you prepare courses and training sessions for maximum impact!
